Understanding what all students should know and be able to do is a key to getting results in schools — the central task of school councils. KASC is a leader in developing products that make core content easier to understand and deliver. Until new standards are established, Program of Studies and Core Content remain our guide for what students need to know. |

> NEW CORE CONTENT VOCABULARY CARDS
Each card is two-sided, with the core content (version 4.1) word on one side, and a user-friendly description on the other. Additionally, each word is coded so you’ll know exactly which subsection of the core content it can be found in, and labeled according to the grade level at which it may be assessed. Each set of cards comes with suggested games/activities for teaching vocabulary with the visual and kinesthetic learner in mind.
The cards are sold by school level and subject (example: Elementary Science, High School Math, etc.). The cards will arrive uncut, so that they can easily be laminated before cutting. MEMBERS $35; NON-MEMBERS $65

Get teaching strategies for solid vocabulary instruction and complete word lists based on Core Content 4.1. The kit is accompanied by a CD, so words and definitions are completely sortable and ready to share school-wide.
