Too many times it is a lack of communication that frustrates progress.

Yet, School Councils and Boards of Education must comminicate if Profieciency by 2014 is to become a reality.

KASC has done some investigating across the state, and is ready to report on four proven ways to strengthen communication between school councils and districts so that together they can focus on student achievement: Super Councils, Central Office Liaisons, and more.
