Commissioners Parents Advisory Council to meet virtually Dec. 9
(FRANKFORT, KY) – The Kentucky Department of Education's (KDE) Commissioners Parents Advisory Council will meet virtually Dec. 9 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET.
The Commissioners Parents Advisory Council (CPAC) provides advice and counsel to the commissioner of education about topics of interest to parents, such as ways that parents and communities can assist schools in ensuring that the achievement level is raised for all schools and every student.
Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-243 and a memorandum issued by the Finance and Administration Cabinet dated March 16, and in an effort to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the CPAC will meet via video teleconference.
